Yesterday was our 6th anniversary. I can't believe it has already been six years! I guess that time really does fly when you are having fun. Broc surprised me and planned a really fun weekend for us. He made all the arrangements so all I had to do was show up and have fun. On Friday we went to dinner with friends then we went to a comedy show. On Saturday we went golfing and then we were supposed to go to Jackson but we had so much fun golfing that we decided to play another 9 holes. After golfing we went to dinner at T.G.I. Friday's with my family. Then we went to a movie. It was so much fun, I couldn't have asked for a better anniversary weekend. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband!!
I decided to post some of our wedding pictures for everyone to see. I can't believe how young we looked in them.

Big Girl Bed!!
I am so sad, cuz the time has come to change Lexie's crib into a toddler bed. For the past couple of weeks she has been trying to climb out of her crib when she wakes up in the morning so we decided it was time to convert her crib into a bed. I did it all by myself (aren't you proud). Okay so it really wasn't that hard. Lexie loves her new bed!! She was so excited that she could crawl in and out of bed whenever she wants! We went to the store and bought her some new sheets and a pillow. (Disney princesses of course.) I was pretty nervous that we would have a hard time getting her to sleep or that she would roll out of bed in the middle of the night and start crying, but the first night went really well. We put her in bed at bedtime and she went to the door and cried for a few minutes but when I went to check on her she was back in her bed and sleeping like a baby. I was really surprised to see that she was still in her bed this morning when I woke up. So it's official Lexie is becoming a big girl!

Picking Huckleberries
Last weekend we went for a four-wheeler ride up above Kelly's Canyon. It was so nice to get out of the house! Lexie wanted to ride with her daddy most of the time. (of course, she's such a daddy's girl) On our ride I found some huckleberries, so we stopped to pick some. It was so funny cuz Broc kept asking me if I was sure these where huckleberries. I told him yes, I know what a huckleberry looks like. He still didn't believe me so he made me try one first. After I tried one and Broc could see that I wasn't sick or dead yet, he decided that I was right and let Lexie have one. She loved them! We picked huckleberries for about an hour so we could have some for our pancakes in the morning. Lexie tried to help us but she didn't understand that you can't eat all the ones you pick. They were so good!
Family Pictures
While Hadley and Cindy were here we got some family pictures done. I think that they turned out pretty good considering that both of the babies were hungry. There was a pasture right next to where we were taking pictures and it had some cows in it. Lexie LOVES cows so she was so excited to see them, it was hard to get her to look at the camera. She just kept pointing at the cows and saying "moo".
I love these pictures of Lexie on the fence.
Annalee Taylor was the photographer and she did such a good job. I think it is so cute to see Lexie's different expressions in these pictures below. The first picture is what her face looks like when she says, "moo". I know she looks kinda special but I still think it's cute!
